Default Advanced Brewing Science Books

I'm still pretty new to brewing but I would really like to get my hands on a high level brewscience text book. Something like you would find in a college class.

Any suggestions?

(I'm a Nerd- I know)

What exactly are you looking for? Alpha acid structures and stuff like that or what? I don't know of a single book that goes that indepth, but if you pose the questions individually here, I'm sure almost everything can be answered by somebody

Wow- looking at those prices makes me think I'm back in college.

Try this link or go to the store for the "Practical Handbook for the Specialty Brewer, Vol 1-3" at The Master Brewers Association of the Americas .

I ordered these for myself for x-mas....they are on sale right now.

wow, thanks for the link. At that price it's just about $39.99 a book. Not bad for good reference material. Added to my christmas list!
