Adding fruit flavoring
I'm adding 4 oz of apricot flavoring to my secondary. Does this need to be boiled first?

Normally not. In fact, if you are using extract for fruit flavoring, most people will tell you that you should simply put it in the bottling bucket with the priming sugar (assuming you are bottling).
