I have brewed an extract kit of raspberry blond beer. It has been in fermenter for 2weeks. i am transferring to secondary today. Should I add the flavoring to secondary or wait till bottling?
I have yet to do a flavored beer but there seems to be two trains of thought on this. Some people add it to secondary and it seems to work out fine, but some people seem to think that the time in secondary will dull the flavor you added, so they add right at bottling.
Short answer: its up to you.
