Default Adding extra hops question...

I am going to be brewing up an IPA from my LHBS later today and was looking for a few suggestions in possibly adding extra hops. I have brewed this particular one before-actually my 3rd batch ever;^)- and it was tasty, but since I bought some hops from Ed a while back, just because he was running a nice sale for HBT members, without any real plan on when to use 'em, thought I'd try now.

Here's the recipe as it now stands:

5lbs lt lme
4lbs amber lme
1/2 lb 20l crystal malt
1/2lb 40l "
1/2 lb victory malt

1 1/2 oz centennial (:60)
1/2 oz cascade (:30)
1/2oz cascade (:05)

WL Irish Ale yeast.

I have in the fridge: 8oz each of centennial, cascade, and columbus.

I haven't done any recipe mods yet other than adding extracts and fruit to a couple wheat beers.

What would a few of you experts suggest?

You've brewed the recipe before. Did it need more hops?

It's your beer; I wouldn't call it an IPA until it has at least 2oz of dry-hops in 5 gallons, tho. Cascades are really hard to beat.

It's a tasty beer already, I just thought I'd pump up the hoppiness a bit.
So, 2 oz of Cascade it is;^)

Thanks!

I've dry hopped with at least 2oz of hops in every IPA I've brewed. I think on the next one I am going to cut back or maybe even try one without dry hopping at all and just do a lot of late boil additions.

I've noticed I prefer the IPAs I have made after the hops have had a chance to mellow just a bit. Usually around 6 weeks after bottling/kegging.
