I Added honey to a light lager at secondary now there is what looks like cottage cheese just beneath the krausen. Didi I Ruin my beer?
Maybe... But it doesn't mean that it's infected. Only time will tell that. I've seen some pretty disgusting looking krausen that had me wondering also, but in the end, the beer tasted fine.
