Default 30 minute fermentation.

I started a Dunkel Weiss Sunday that started bubbling within about 30 minutes.

Never seen anything like it. Wheat beers seem to really churn, I could see it working big time last night.

Are you really trying to primary an IPA in a 5 gallon carboy with an airlock?

Thanks bull8042, I linked them because of their size.

Yes, the instructions said I could airlock it...6 gallon carboy though.

yeah, your lack of headspace was going to cause problems. should be ok with blow-off, although you may lose some beer in the process.
