Default 3/4 Cup Corn Sugar?

Here is what I brewed;

.5 # Flaked Wheat (steeped 30 min)
2.75# British Wheat DME
2.75# British Extra Light DME
1.5 oz Vangard Hop Plug (4.6 AA) @ 60
.5 oz Vangard Secondary
1 pk dry Belgium Wit yeast

I racked to secondary on top of 2# Mulberries. (Please hold all aggressions towards fruit additions to beer) After racking to a third, I am down to about 4.5 gal or so. My question is; should I use a full 3/4 cup corn sugar to carb? I do not have beersmith or similiar. And I REALLY do not want purple bombs hitting the carpet.

Pretty tart after tasting; somebody direct me to a thread about sweetening it up a lil? I know I read it before, but can't find that thread again. Thanks!

There are many carbonation calculators out there. Here's the one I use:
The Beer Recipator - Carbonation

Just figure out how many volumes of CO2 you want based on the style and go from there.

Not sure about the sweetening.

Oh sweet. I think the one I had assumed 5 gal at bottling. I like how you can choose honey etc with this one also. Thanks.

To sweeten, you will need an unfermentable sweetner. Lactose will give you a lot of body and a little sweetness. Splenda will really sweeten it up.
