Default 3-1/2 Month Old Malt?

I have some crushed malt that has been sitting around for 3-1/2 months after crushing. It has been at room temp. in a twisty-tied plastic bag. Would it still be ok to use?

I also have some Czech Saaz hops that has been sitting in the fridge for the same period. What about that?

Thanks for any help...

Grain should be fine. Give it a taste and go from there.

Keeping hops in the freezer is a best practice.
