Default 2nd and 3rd batch pictures

For my second batch I did an IPA and 3rd American Amber ale.

I'm always expecting a disaster when comes tasting time but again I was impressed. Started using steeping in those 2 batches and I must say I'm really happy with the tates. The IPA isn't hoppy enough for my taste but it's still very good.

Here are 2 pictures taken a the cottage this past week.

Everytime I open one up.. I brewed that ! that's amazing. hehe

Awesome. There's nothing quite like opening your very own beer that you brewed.
