I have a batch of beer that didn't take off right away but then went crazy fermenting for about 24-48 hours then nothing. Starting OG was 1.060 used S-05 yeast and ambient temp is guesstimated in the mid to upper 60's. Beercalculus says I should finish at 1.015. ..... This is a split batch and both are the same. I am thinking of racking into a secondary just to stir it up a bit to see if I can get a few more points out of it. I brewed this late on the 25th of oct. Like I said a very very fast fermentation IMO.
