I did a cherry pale ale and I used six pounds of cherries. I added them after boil-- whirlpool or immersion chill your wort to 170 degrees, add the cherries, and let them steep for 20 minutes, maintaining the temp. I didn't add any to secondary and the beer has a very, very noticable cherry flavor, and is pink. The head is snow white which is great.

Any updates on this? It's odd that it would just drop off the radar entirely. I've had packages returned, misdelivered, break... But never seen one flat out disappear! Hopefully someone is at least enjoying it!

Try the IPA as it was recently brewed. I bottled yours before I dry hopped the keg with an oz of amarillo. This changed the flavor tremendously.

Id try the belgian lager after that and then try the dark wheat beer. The dark wheat has alot going on as I was trying to clear the freezer of specialty malts . It can sit around for some time if you want.

Sounds like there are just two boxes left to land? I havent kept track as well this round.

Sorry I have been a tad absent on this round. Kind of a lot going on. All good stuff! Well, minus some knee trouble haha.

Anyhow, it seems you all are self sufficient once the addresses are given out anyway. Ill still host the next round (i can always make time to start it!), so hopefully these boxes land soon.

Just put in a claim with fedex, waiting the 24-48 for response.
Really sorry about this, same here, never seen a package completely disappear.
Left my local sort on the 1st, got to the main sort facility in jersey early on the 2nd left later that day and no updates since then.

Ill keep you updated thru PM.

You and me both. We should have done a mini trade between newbies at the beginning of this to tide us over for the long wait. Hindsight....
