I live in WI, can get:

Bells (hopslam is in currently)
I can get some Founders, but you'll have to wait until the end of the month

Did you ever get any DFH 120? I might be able to get some, last time I was at my local ABC they had about a dozen bottles on the shelf (at freakin' $12 for a 12 oz bottle)
