Default Yeast Nutrient & Energizer

Tomorrow I will be brewing a Maple Brown Ale and I was wondering if I should add a Yeast Nutrient and/or Energizer? If so, when?

I use White Labs yeast nutrient in my starters, but if I didn't use a starter I'd add 1/2 tsp. with 10 min. remaining in the boil.
