I brewed a Belg Wit the other night
Used wheat dme, but I picked up the wrong yeast WL 550 must have been in wrong slot

Any ideas, I know its going to be beer, can this be an ale with wheat dme? Or can this be wheat with alt yeast
 
Someone started a thread on this exact topic a few days ago in the beginning brewing forum I believe. The general consensous was that you should go back and get the correct yeast.
 
It will be fine. the 550 will add some spiciness to the beer. Personally I like the yeast.
