Default Woot! Belgium Tripel coming along nicely

This is my third brew, the first two being an Irish Red (already gone, it was great), and an Irish Stout (bottled yesterday). I racked the Tripel over to the secondary today, and took a SG reading, and found I had hit my target (1.066 OG, 1.010 FG) with 82% attenuation with the White Labs Trappist yeast.

It tastes a lot better than I had expected! This despite burning some of my sugar on the bottom of the brew pot, hah.

Anyway, just very happy this thing is coming out. I'm having a ton of fun with brewing, looking forward to moving to all grain soon.
