I like a little chocolate malt in my browns, but what you have will work.

4 oz choclate malt 4 oz black patent malt And you almost have my last brown ale.

I think your recipe looks really good but I would add the chocolate malt too. Not so much on the black patent HSM mentioned but that's because I like a smooth brown and don't care for the acrid flavor of black patent.
