BTW this intent was a quick turn around and it seems like it going good so far.. will it be the best esbAlt bier.. i guess not..but will be fun to do again once we have the beer flow going.. getting another carboy and brew pail this week and so is my brew neighbor so we will have 5 sets total.. to do some longer primarys..

took one bottle i pulled off my keg using a modified conterpressure bottle filler to my lhbs B&B and for its "style" they thought i did a good job.. they didnt like i didnt get my hops from them but i got everything else..i sure liked $0.29 per oz of Willamette vs their price of $3.00 an Oz..
