Default US Goldings Hop Substitution
My recipe calls for these hops For 60 mins since I can't find any in Canada, I was wondering what would be a good substitution?

Fuggles or Willamettes are good substitutes. Since you will be boiling it for 60 minutes, it will be adding bitterness and very little hop flavor or aroma, so you could substitute many varieties.
