Yeah, it's the recipe from the BYO book. I'm substituting a couple of the hops for what my LHBS store had, so it won't be exact, but I'm hoping for a good brew.

Well, brewed this yesterday. It's pretty hard to brew this one when you're hungover, and your mind isn't what it should be. Splitting up the hops into 12 equal parts was fun. But, in the end, I did it.

So, OG was 1.089, I poured through a strainer into the fermenting bucket. Actually made a starter too. Today, we're bubbling ever 2 seconds, so I'm off and running. I'll leave it in for a week or so, then I gotta bottle the Blue Moon clone in the secondary, and transfer this into it. God, this is a great hobby!!!

Woke up this morning, and was getting 1-3 bubbles a sec, and foam starting to come out of the top of the airlock. I'll probably go get a blowoff tube at lunch today.
