Hi,
I have a true brew Kit of German Style Light, and was wonder what a good alternative to the Muntons packet of yeast given in the kit would be?

Should I use a Lager yeast, or use something like us-5 yeast which I have plenty of. Which Wyeast would be good for this kit?

If you have the means to lager, then by all means lager. I would use Saflager 34/70. If you want to use a liquid lager, try Wyeast Bohemiam Lager (2024 I think). Otherwise, if you go ale, I would just use US-05.
