Default True Beer American Wheet kit

I'm curious if anyone else has done the True Beer brand American Wheat kit? I received this from the in-laws for my birthday over a year ago. Instructions at http://www.winemakersdepot.com/Ameri...w-W46C143.aspx

I noticed this is only a 20-30 minute boil, which is different than the rest of the extract kits I've done (all have been Northern Brewer kits). Not that it's a bad thing, just different.

Due to the age, I grabbed a Wyeast 1010 to use instead of the muntons dry yeast.

Were you happy with it? Anything you would change if you did it again?

That was my first brew, a few weeks back. I added some orange zest after the boil, while it was cooling, and used a Wyeast too. I don't remember the number, but it was one my LHBS recommended. I only did the boil for 30 minutes, and the put in primary for a little over a week. I then transferred it to the keg and cold crashed it for 24 hrs and then applied the CO2 at 30 lbs overnight and dropped it down to 12 lbs for two days. Not bad for my first brew, if I do say so myself. The only thing I would do different is strain the wort before transferring to primary.

I talked with a couple other brewers at work and decided I'll do the full 60 minute boil, adding 3/4 to 1oz of Phoenix hops at the beginning, then the 1oz of UK First Gold that came with the kit at 20 minutes remaining, as the kit says.

Now when to brew. But first, when to bottle. My carboy still has an American amber in it right now...
