Hi All,
I typically brew my Christmas Warmer in June/July, but, regretably:(, I haven't brewed anything this year. Is it still possible to brew a legit Warmer... something with a little kick that still go does smoothly? Or should I start planning for next year?

Thanks for the responses. Can anyone recommend a extract/partial mash? recipe that will be ready in time? The two that I've done need extensive time for bottle conditioning. Thanks.

Check out Austin Homebrew's Strong Ale kit. I made it last year, and it came out well.

I'm not really brewing a specific Christmas beer, just happens that my first beer is going to be a cherry stout, and it should be drinkable by Christmas. Brew day for me is tomorrow, so I'd say it's not too late. Brew it anyway - worst case, save it for next year, then it'll be REALLY good!

Just keep it smaller than an RIS or Barleywine, and can have about any straightforward ale in great shape within 4 months.
