Recipes 

Just got the tracking info from DHL, my supplies will be arriving shortly. Looks like today is brew day for me. Now for what's in store:

Honeybucket Ale:

4 lbs. Pale LME
2 lbs. Crystal Malt 10L
1 lbs. Crystal Malt 40L
3 lbs. Sweet Clover Honey
1 oz. Chinook 13% @ 30 mins
1 oz. Pearle 7% @ 15 mins

Looks like according to BeerSmith, i'm looking at the following targets:

Estimated Og: 1.052
Target Fg: 1.014
Target ABV: 5.06%
Color: 11.2 SRM
Bitterness: 40.3 IBU

While I am slightly concerned for my target ABV, ProMash gives me an estimate of 5.87% ABV. I think i'll leave the recipe as-is and just hope for the best. This looks like it will be one tasty brew.
