Default temp control

Hey everyone have a hoegaarden white ale in the primary right now it is been there for 9 days I havent checked the gravity yet but thought I would ask anyway if the fermenting has stopped is there still a need to keep it cool with the swamp cooler trick or can I just let it sit in the closet, I plan on keeping it in the primary for a few more weeks anyway unless there are different thoughts on that from you guys so thanks for all the help.

Most of the off flavors from fermentation take place in the first week or so. You can take it out and put it in a closet and you should get any off flavors.

Just to be safe I would leave it in the cooler but not be to worried about the temp. I always keep mine between 70F-75F while fermenting and bulk aging.

Once the krausen settles I'll let the temp. climb.
