Hey man,

How'd that Stuttering Cali come out? What were the AAUs on those hops?

i have been drinking one now and then and think they have been really good but they have had an almost sweet taste in the middle of the sip before the hops hit you. My best so far! but today which is about 4 weeks in the bottle i drank one only after 45 minutes in the freezer, (long day) and it was great! the sweet taste was replace with a dryer taste and then hops. Im very happy! time and patience really is a good thing with brewing. this was my last extract + steep and have done a partial and all grain since then but havent tasted them yet!
