Default siphon or direct to fermenation?

I am about to brew a Fat Tire clone. I am wondering if I should siphon the wort to my carboy or pour in and add the sediments from the boil?

Yes, siphon if you can so that you leave the hot break and hops residue behind in your brewpot...however, if you can't siphon and need to just pour it all in, there's no problem doing it that way either.

Also, using a fine mesh bag, like a large hops or grain bag, helps eliminate some (not all) of the solids from the fermentation bucket.
