Default Simple Pale Ale (From odds and ends I had around)

3 # Briess Sparkling Amber DME
1 # Briess Golden Light DME
8 oz Cara 20
1 oz Cascade @ 60
1 oz Cascade @ 15
US-05

This is for a 3.5 Gallon Batch, about 3 Gallons expected to my Tap A Draft. Thoughts? Should be a pretty simple Pale Ale, which is what I am looking for. Perhaps slightly light on the Cara, but that is due to this being an on hand recipe.

looks good, one suggestion I would have would be to split or add more Cascade to the end of the boil. Maybe do a 1/2 oz at 15, 10 and then 1 minute. This will give you that really nice strong cascade nose in the finished beer.
