Hey want to get some feed back on this recipe and see if anyone has done anything close or if I should tweak the recipe before brewing?
3.5lb Pilsen DME (60 min)
3.5lb Pilsen DME (20 min)
1 lb corn sugar (20 min)
0.7 lb Munich
0.7 lb Biscuit
0.7 lb Wheat
1 oz Hallertau (60 min)
1 oz Saaz (30 min)
1 oz Saaz (15 min)
1 oz coriander (10 min)
1 oz bitter orange peel (10 min)
1/2 oz camomile flower (10 min)
1 lb corn sugar 2 days in to primary fermentation
why such small amounts of munich/biscuit? i think overall it looks fine, you just probably won't get much from the .07 # of munich or biscuit.
