There are a bunch of rogue clone recipes in the database. I've done an extract clone and a PM clone.

I've just sampled mine last nite

It's been conditioning in my new keg for a couple of weeks....taste great

It was a AHBS clone...I'm going to buy a 6 of the beer to do a side by side comparison of it......

And I have to say kegging is great!!!! Even after only bottling one batch before making the switch!!!!!

later

Default Rogue DG Ex recipe

12 oz carapils malt
13 oz caramunich
13 oz munich malt
7 oz crystal 40L
(all these grains came in a bag with the intructions to soak the grains in got water for 15 min)
7 1/2 lb extra pale malt
1 1/2 oz northern brewer 60 min
1/2 oz sterling last 15 min
1/4 northern brewer last 15 min
flame off

My FG is supposed to be around 1.015 but it was in between 1.010-1.000, is there a solution for this or should I just let it run its course?I took the reading after 10 days in the primary, I am in the 1st week of secondary fermentation do I need to wait untill bottling process to get the official reading?
