Default Recipe Advice?- Yeti's Peak Double IPA

Hey guys, want to make a good sized IPA to keep me warm come late February/Early March. I have a good idea of what I'm looking at doing. Any advice is more than welcome!

Fermentables:
6 lbs of Pilsen Liq. Extract (40 min. till flameout)
3.15 lbs Golden Liq. Extract (45 min. till flameout)
1 lb of Honey (Added 15 minutes till flameout)

Hops:
1 oz. of Chinook (or summit, not sure) at 60 min.
1 oz. of Cascade at 30 min.
1 oz. of Citra at 20 min.
1 oz. of Citra at 10 min.
1 oz. of Cascade at Flameout
1 oz. of Citra at Flameout

Yeast:
Wyeast American Ale II from Starter

5 gallon batch, not sure if it will end up in the keg or in the Bottle.

My big question is Chinook or Summit for bittering. I have had awesome results with Chinook, but have never tried summit and have heard good things... and I love trying new things!

When Running the numbers says my OG will be 1.072, and have an IBU around 69. -that would but me around 7.2% ABV ( I am poor at math as a PR major, so if anyone gets different numbers, please feel free to correct me )

Brew On!

Have you tried Oskar Blue's Gubna? It's all summit...and definitely unique. Summit can give what some call a onion/chive taste in long boils. I'd prob stick with Chinook if unsure.
