Default rate my vienna lager (brewed 11-13-09)

rate my morebeer vienna lager extract full boil

steeping grain
4 oz caramunich and 2 oz cara special LL

7 lb lme german pilsner boiled for 60 minutes

1 oz czech saaz at start of 60 min boil

1/2 oz czech saaaz last minute of boil

OG 1.050

pitched dry Saflager S-23 on the wort next day at 56f degrees (i have bad luck with starters)

I might be pretty noodish at this, but I am thinking that just an oz of saaz at 60 minutes isn't going to be much bittering for 7 pounds of lme. Just off of the top of my head that'll be like 15 ibu's, unless you have some crazy AA saaz. For a vienna lager I would shoot for 18-30 ibu's. To get there you may want to add another half oz or so.
