According to Beersmith looking at 100 IBUs. Have the same recipe in one of my primarys with cascades and next in line is Amarillo

Yowsa! How did you end up liking the Rakau? I have 8 oz in the freezer and thought about doing a single hop IPA.

It was the worst ever so you should probably take them out of your freezer and send them to me.

JK

But seriously, SWMBO is not a IPA fan but loves it. At 100 ibu's its not that bitter. I might tone down the grain bill a little to drop the ABV a for a amazing lawnmower beer. Do it, do it now.

On a side note if you like it, have fun finding more of them at a reasonable price.

That's where I got mine! I need to find some Nelson sauvin. I'll actually be in New Zealand next month and I will be in the Motueka, Rakau and Nelson regions. I wonder if I can bring back a couple pounds

I've wonder if you can bring back some rhizomes. I think the DOA might have an issue with that.
