Default Raging extract clone

I'm attempting a Raging Bitch extract clone this weekend, the OG comes in at 1091, I'm using 2 Wyeast 1388 with brewvint. Do I need another pack for this high OG? Can I use a dry yeast in addition to the 1388?
Thanks!

I am not familiar with that yeast, but I'd you are worried you could make a starter to pitch
