Default radical red recipe?

Looking at making a diffrent type of red. Want a sweet malty red about 6.5% with a slightly dry finish . It's going to be a Hoppy beer as well. Here's what I got so far.
5 gallons spring water
5lb dme
3.3lb munich malt
1.50lb crystal 60
8oz victory malt toasted at 350 for 10 min
5 oz roasted barley
.50 oz northern b 60min
.50oz challenger -60min
.50oz east golden Kent -30min
.50oz challenger -15min
.50oz east golden Kent -1min
.50 table sugar-10min
White labs Irish ale yeast
1oz east golden- dry hop
1oz cascade- dry hop
Was wondering if the Munich malt would provide a good malry back bone for all the hops. So what do you guys think. Any suggestions
