Default Questions about grains in extract kits

I'm about to brew my 2nd batch after work tonight, a hoppy IPA and I was getting things in order this morning and noticed that a part of th grains in my kit have a powdery substance. Almost like the bottom of a cereal bag or dry cat food bag. I'm wondering if this is anything I should be concerned with as I don't want a bunch of powdr in my wort. Should I try to sift some of it out? Just curious if anyone else has encountered this. Thanks for the feedback.

Whenever grains are milled, you get a little flour in with them. Do you have grain bags with your kit? If you do, I'd fill the grain bags over the sink before using in my wort. Any small bits and flour will fall into the sink through the mesh of the grain bag, then you could use the grain bag in your recipe.

Yoop's right...it's grain flower. It happens to all of us, and it does fall with time.
