I've been reading the forums for a couple weeks, but decided to join because I need some advice. I am about to buy and brew a pilsner, I'm going to get kit from NB. I'm actually going to be doing a 1 gal batch so I will have to divide the recipe up accordingly.
I want to give it a bit more hop "oomph" both in bittering and aroma. What hops additions and at what times would help me achieve this?
