Default Pils Wheat or Wheat Pils

The joys of home brew and experiments....
Here's my first attempt at a recipe, all came about because I thought I had Carapils, but alas, no, it was plain Pilsner malt.

Recipe as follows, I have no idea what category it'd fit into.

12L boil with:
125g Caramalt
520g Pilsner Malt
1kg Wheat Malt
30mins @ 67 degrees

1.5kg Coopers Wheat LME (60mins)
28g Motueka pellets (60 mins)
14g Motueka pellets (30 mins)
1 tsp Irish Moss (15mins)
1.5kg Coopers Light LME (15mins)
28g Saaz (15mins)

Hops are as they are, I wanted Motueka all the way through but ran out and thought Saaz would be a nice late addition.

Topped up to 20L with freezing water, and now she's sitting in the sink cooling with ice water before I pitch the 05 yeast......OG 1.061

Any thoughts on throwing some demerara sugar in at day 2, or should I leave it as it is?

leave it as it is. it'll be interesting with those hops. citrusy, tropical, and still a noble spicy flavor... adding demerara will make it too sweet

@lumpher - I had the choice of Cascade or Motueka. I'm a big fan of Motueka so went with them. I guess time will tell with this one, I plan to leave it for at least 10 days then bottle condition for 4 weeks. Suppose I'll see what she's like in 5 or so weeks.
