Thanks everyone! I'm so excited to see how this turns out... it was like Christmas morning, I had to run downstairs and check out our baby as soon as I woke up. It's happily bubbling away!

We're working on a method to get wort chilled faster... we'll probably go with a cooler full of ice next time.

But for now, it's the waiting game!
