Default oops!
I'm boiling my Magic Hat#9 clone. I dumped my priming DME in by mistake. Guess I'll have a little higher alcohol content than I planned.

Oh well, Sh*t happens. Are you using puree or extract for the apricot?
I bought extract to make this about 6 months ago but haven't got around to it yet.
BTW, welcome to the forum.
