Default Old kit.. no fermentation

I have an AHS holiday ale kit that someone bought me for x-mas that I just got around to making Saturday night. I figured I would make it and just not add the spices since the holidays are past and I am not really into that kind of beer... Anyway, still no bubbling in the air lock. I opened it up last night and mixed it up really good again but still nothing.. I think the yeast is dead.
The yeast is White Labs Liquid yeast (East coast ale yeast)
What do i do now? should I re-pitch? if so should I just use another container of the same yeast? Do I use the entire bottle?
Will this change the flavor in the end?

Any help would be appreciated as I have never run into this problem before.
Thanks!

I would take a gravity reading just to be sure nothing is going on. And if its the same as when you pitched I would wait a few more days then re pitch.

If you used the liquid yeast that came with the kit, it's probably pretty much gone. Did you try a starter?

Anyway, you could substitute a dry yeast. Since you've already removed the spices, you could try a different yeast. East Coast isn't as dry and clean as West Coast.

I came home from work yesterday and I went down to check on it. There is now a lot of activity in the airlock! Maybe it will turn out ok but this was the longest it ever took a batch of mine to start fermenting . Thanks for the suggestions guys.
