Octoberfest marzen lager instructions are missing need help
 
I lost the instructions for an octoberfest extract kit.

My question it came with Liberty 1oz and Czech Saaz 1oz which goes in for and hour and how long for the aroma?

Why not check with the kit manufacturer?

Some sites post the directions online with the kit.

If you don't have any luck getting the actual kit directions, here's what I would do:

Liberty - 1 oz - 60 mins
Saaz - 1 oz - 10 mins

I purchased the kit from More Beer. I tried calling their customer service which when it comes to the phone is lacking. I was on hold for 20 mins then I was transfered to a line that just kept ringing.

I emailed them and got a response almost instantly with the kit instructions and an answer to the question.

I did let leave the brew pot for a little while and burned the bottom a little. SO now I think the batch is ruined anyway...
