Default Octoberfest

I'd like to brew an Octoberfest next. Anyone have a good recipe or know of a good kit?

Do a search. I'm sure there are some here.

FWIW, you should have brewed your O'fest in March./ It's supposed to cold lager until Sep.

Here's what I did for an O'fest ale:

Not sure if you were referring to an ale or a lager.

Midwestsupplies.com has a great Oktoberfest/Marzen kit. If you're looking to serve this beer around Sept/Oct you're a little late. It really starts to mature around 6 months. I just tasted a batch I brewed in March (Marzen) and it was definitely not ready and needed more lagering time.

Good luck with it!
