Im lookin for some advise on this clone on ninkasis tricerahops iipa
I do all grain but my buddy does extract and wants to clone this beer so ill give it a shot.
Steep 30 min at 155*:
1/2 lb 2 row
1/2 lb Munich 10l
1/2 lb crystal 10l
3 gallon boil, top off to 5.5g
Beginning of boil add 1 can light lme (3.3 lb)
And 1.75 oz summit (18.1%AA)
With 10min to go add 1/2oz each:
Amarillo, palasides and centennial
Also 3/4lb corn sugar
With 5 to go add remaining 1/2 oz each.
At flameout add 2 cans lme and steep 1oz of Amarillo centennial and palasades
He will probably use harvested us 05 since that's what he's got.
Dry hop 1oz of each late hop addition.
