Default NB Smasking Pumpkin or AHS Pumpkin Ale?

Looking at brewing a pumpkin ale for the fall season. Has anyone tried both of the kits mentioned above and can say which one they like more. Thanks.

It does seem like the AHS kit has more pumpkin flavor then the NB one. I think I will go with the AHS kit. Want to try different places.

I was looking at the NB Smashing Pumpkin myself, especially since Northern Brewer has all kits 15% off right now.

I had just went back and forth on this same question. I ended up ordering from NB because they had a few other kits I was interested in at the time. Something to keep in mind - NB's instructions say to add 2-3lbs of 6row if you plan on using real pumpkin.

How about the Midwest Pumpkin kit? Has anyone tried that one?
