Default My amber ale finally finished

I have been opening samples for the last few weeks.
Even though it was good, it was not fully carbonated yet.

Well today it's done!
A damn it's twice as good as last week

it will only keep getting better for the next few weeks. Probably going to be real good in 3 weeks.!!

If there is one thing I have learned form this forum it is "wait another week and it gets better."

I have extended my primary time to at least one full week, secondary is three weeks, and it get better with time so why drink it today when next week it will be better.

At least I follow the first two and just believe that what comes out of the bottle is as good as it gets.

Hey it looks fantastic. Great color and clarity. I bet it tastes every bit as good as it looks.
