Default Munton's Light American Lager

I brewed this one a few weeks ago. 1 can Munton's Light American Lager, 1 pound Extra Light DME, and 1 pound rice syrup solids. Fermented it in fridge at 50 F for 12 days with the yeast included with the kit, did a diacityle rest for two days after that letting it warm up to the high 60s. No secondary. Put it right in bottles to carbonate for 5 days then back in fridge to chill and drink.

The beer turned out fantastic. To compare it to a commercial beer - think Michelob Light/Michelob Ultra.

Yeah I know I could have bought 2 cases of Michelob for what it cost me to buy the ingredients, but the beer was a real hit with my friends and family.
