I was thinking to look at midwest & NB to see if theirs is 100% Munich. It'd be good to know for future reference. Dito on the Marris Otter LME.
**Midwest is briesse,so only 50% Munich. NB's is said by them to be a 50/50 mix of pale & munich malts. I'd like to know if 100% munich can still be had. The one mentioned in the book might no longer be available,or he got it from a German inport source.
