I ordered a mini mash kit from AHS last year. The instructions were great- asking you to put the grains in a grain bag and hold them at 155 for 45 minutes. Then dunk it like a tea bag and discard.
I think I actually added a sparge on my own, though, but according to the instructions it wasn't necessary.
