Default Looking for some recipe suggestions

The temperature of the back room of my house has been about 54 degrees this winter. so I was thinking about getting a few lagers going this winter so I will have them for the sping and summer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

If you can get some Munich and Pils extract you can easily do some Pils, Bocks, Maerzens, Continentals, Helles, Dortmunders and so on. The Pils, Helles and Dortmunder you can probably make good examples with just extract and hops. The others will require steeping a little bit of grain.

Dogfishhead 90 minute isn't really a lager, it's more of an India Pale Ale.

Charlie Papazian has a great Maibock recipe in his Complete Joy of Homebrewing as well.
