Default Looking for IPA recipe based on these ingredients

My LHBS has some basic ingredients that have used to craft some really good beers, a chocolate stout I am very proud of. When it comes to an IPA, I am very lost in how to build one.

This is what they sell for ingredients:

Grains
Chocolate
Caraston (Crystal/Caramel)
Roasted Barley
Black Patent

Hops
Cascade
Williamette
Perle
Hallertaur
Saaz

and then Pale, Amber and Dark liquid malt extract.

I have been using grain/extract to craft my beers.

Any recommendations on what I can do with these ingredients to craft an IPA would be greatly appreciated.

Default Start with SNPA

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a good starting point:
SNPA Clone in May June '05 BYO
5 G / extract w/ grains
og 1.052 fg 1.011 ibu 37 srm 11 abv 5.3%
1.8 lbs light dried malt extract
4 lbs light liquid malt extract (add after adding 15 min hop addition and irish moss, kill heat, stir in well, then resume the boil)
1 lb 2-row
1 lb crystal malt 40
2.5 aau magnum hops (0.18 oz) 60 min
4.8 aau perle hops (0.7 oz) 60 min
5 aau cascade hops (1 oz) 15 min
0.75 oz cascade hops 0 min
0.75 whole cascade hops dry hop
1 tsp irish moss @ 15 min
Wyeast American Ale (1056) or White Labs Cali Ale (WLP001)
1.5 qt yeast starter
7/8 cup corn sugar for priming

Adjusting this to the ingredients that you have at your LHBS:

GRAINS
start with 1lb of crystal steeped at 155 for 30 mins.

Assuming your liquid extract is in 3.3 lb cans go for 2 cans of Pale/Light malt extract

HOPS
With the exception of Magnum hops you have everything there available to you. Get rid of the Magnum and up the Perle to 1oz.

You should get a pretty decent beer

They sell the LME in bulk so I can purchase as much as needed. Thank you very much for the recipe.

That is a very limited grain selection, but you could put together a nice IPA I bet

.5lb crystal for steeping
8 lb light LME

1oz cascade 60 min
1 oz cascade 30 min
1 oz cascade 10 min
1 oz cascade at flameout
1 oz cascade dry hop

Use 2 lbs LME in boil for 60 mins and add the rest at flameout

You could modify the hop schedule depending on what level of bittering you desire

While not really an IPA, the SNPA is a great American pale ale that's hoppier than most pale ales. With the limited ingredients that you have access to, I agree that it would be a good starting recipe.

Of course, if you want more of an IPA, just increase your hops! If you get your hops in 2 oz packages, you could do another 1 oz of Pearles at 30 min and another half oz of Cascades at 5 min.

I have never tried adding LME at flameout, and since this will be my first time doing a full 24L boil, is adding it at flameout still ok?
